Materials and design, kept practical
The envelope is quartz, with a special coating that keeps UV transmission stable and stands up to the stress of repeated heating and cooling. Inside, the halogen fill delivers a consistent spectrum and snaps back to temperature quickly—so you get steady cure performance whether you’re starting up, stopping, or changing speeds. And the R7s connector? It’s just a smart, no-fuss choice. It locks in fast, handles the current clean, and makes the lamp a straightforward drop-in replacement for most standard fixtures.

Out there in real life, this lamp hits UV-cured wood coatings with enough intensity to harden topcoats fast—so you keep throughput up and rejection down. The long-life build means you change lamps less often, which cuts downtime and keeps the line moving. And because every material is compliant, you can run cleaner without compromise. One thing to keep in mind: that 2500W density runs hot. So your machine needs to be set up for proper cooling. If it isn’t, heat will hold performance back—and it’ll shorten the lamp’s life.
