Cure the ink fast and even—without scorching the material underneath.&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the heart of it.&#xA;We run 400V in to deliver 2500W out, all packed into a slim 300mm tube. That shape forces the heat and UV into a focused footprint, so it lines up perfectly with the width of your drying zone. And because the wattage density is so high, the lamp hits peak output almost immediately, so your line keeps moving. No waiting around.&#xA;The body is quartz, because this job punishes materials. It handles the shock of rapid on-off cycling without cracking under the pressure.&#xA;Then we add a gallium-doped coating to shape the spectrum, focusing on the wavelengths that wake up photopolymer inks. And the R7s double-ended connector? It&amp;rsquo;s a straight-in replacement that locks in alignment and carries the high current without wiggling loose when the machine hums and vibrates.&#xA;On the floor, what you need is consistency—every sheet, every time.&#xA;This lamp gives you the muscle to push through thick ink layers and still deliver the same result, run after run.&#xA;But there&amp;rsquo;s a reality check: packing 2500W into 300mm creates serious heat. That means your reflector and cooling have to be up to the task, or you&amp;rsquo;ll end up overheating nearby parts. Get the system matched right, and you&amp;rsquo;ll see dependable curing and a lot fewer rejects.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
